CIPP Short Lining/Point Repairs

Our CIPP lining system for short patch repairs is used to fix cracks, holes, displaced/failed joints, prevent root intrusion, and help maintain the integrity of the existing pipe.

Installation Procedure:

1. Locate/identify problem w/TV inspection camera system.
2. Assemble packer w/fiberglass mat & resin.
3. Install assembled packer into sewer line.
   1. Center mat over damaged area in pipe.
   2. Inflate the packer so the mat forms a bond to the pipe and forces the resin to adhere to the damaged area.
   3. Allow resin to cure for 3 hours.
   4. Deflate packer & remove from pipe.

Our quick and simple lining system provides permanent underground sewer pipe repair from the inside of the pipe. This minimizes the need to shut down businesses and allows for the preservation of landscape and walkways by eliminating costly, disruptive, and time consuming excavation work.

* The lining can be used to repair sewer of all types and ranging sizes from 4” to 18”.

* Repair lengths can be 2’ to 10’ and liners can be overlapped for longer repairs.
